The property is a non-smoking community. No Smoking is allowed. Tenant, guests, or any other person shall not be allowed to smoke on the Premises. The term "smoking" means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, allowing the burning of, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, other tobacco product, cannabis, "herb" material, hookah device, vapor device, e-cigarette, similar lighted or electronic product, in any manner or in any form. Any violation shall be deemed a material violation of the Rental Agreement. Tenant understands that any damage caused by smoking any substance will be considered damage. Damage includes but is not limited to deodorizing, repairing, or replacement of carpet, wax removal, additional paint preparation, replacing of drapes, counter tops, or any other surface damaged due to burn marks and/or smoke damage. Tenant agrees to pay $500 penalty to ionize the premises to remove all unwanted odors.
